Lovebird Looking to Rehome

This 1yo little boy is needing a new home. I got him as a chick and handfed him with his siblings. He is pretty skittish around people, but will step up for treats and has even shown some promise in target training.(He does have a habit of trying to land on my head when I walk by)
Now why I have to rehome him. He has shown some aggressive behavior towards my cockatiels. He will push them around, bite them, and chase them away from food bowls.... (read more) I think he’s a fun little fella, but I don’t have the cage space to permanently separate them.
Note: yes he has a lot of pin feathers, he won’t let me touch them
He is missing a part of his toe. One of his siblings bit it off when they were younger.
He is not DNA sexed (so he could very well be a girl)
