Ozzy is a 1½ year old blue Male Quaker. He is very willing to step up and interact with his people. He eats a pelketed diet along with fresh. Located in Winston-Salem NC. I will not ship. Must be financially able to provide a sizeable cage, various toys and perches, and an excellent diet. We are a 501c3 and will need to see how the bird responds to you before adopting out.
