I am looking to find a forever home for Buttons, a beautiful White Adult Goffin Cockatoo. She is eleven years old. I am the original owner and I have her Certificate of Purchase with a hatch date of April 8, 2013, and a wean date of July 2, 2013. I believe Buttons to be a female according to the color of her eyes, however, I have not had her DNA tested.

She's extraordinarily intelligent, friendly, and steps up onto your wrist when asked.... (read more) She says "Hello"; "Step-up" and "Kisses"along with an assortment of other cute noises. She loves her baths! She will bathe under a shower or walk around in a bathtub up to her shoulders and spread out her wings. She loves music and bobs up and down when playing her favorite tunes (upbeat pop). She loves to be apart of the conversation and thrives on laughter and debate. She does not pluck her feathers and is not a biter. She has always been healthy. I call her a little white snow owl when she's sitting still and pretty and is in a pensive mood. She loves games.

A good match will be someone who has the energy, patience and enthusiasm to provide her with the quality time she needs and that will interest her. In her quiet time, she likes to sit on her stand and chew on her favorite toys, she seems to like small things.

I am listing her for a second time. I prefer residents in the San Diego area and I want to be sure the best decision is made where it will be ideal for a new home for her and I am reassured of her new environment.
