Meet Twitch! We took her in after watching her get passed over time and time again at a pet store. After 9 months, we couldn’t stand to watch her sit in the little glass box any longer, so we brought her home. Although she is still a little nervous, she has grown leaps and bounds in her time with us. She is still not so sure about hands, but she enjoys sitting with you and enjoying your presence, chatting away with you!
When we brought her home she has plucked away and chewed most of the feathers on her back between her wings, many of which have grown in bright and new.... (read more) At this point we are seeing that the noises and number of people in and out of our home are causing her stress, and I believe she would fully blossom and come out of her shell in a quiet, laid back home!
