15 year old Green-Winged Scarlet hybrid Macaw. Her name is Ares but she is a girl. When I bought her the pet store owner said the bird was a male but she has been laying eggs so NOT a boy. A huge cage about six foot tall and 5 foot wide goes with her. She does talk and chews on her feathers when she is about to lay an egg. I am relocating and no pets are allowed. She opens her own water door when it's time to feed her. It will take a while for her to get used to you.
