Rio, is a very intelligent, very talkative gentleman He was hatched ,hand fed and raised with much love and affection. And gives it back . Very loving! Must go to a very good home without out inside dogs or cats. Preferably to a home with other hyacinths or a one bird home. I do not to rehome my baby boy . But my circumstances require it. Can be seen at local bird Groomer in Mesa Arizona.will not ship! But u can come pickup.
