I am rehoming to a good home my 3.5 month old blue Quaker parrot. Not sure of gender, but was named Rico!

Here is some more information about Rico:

Was hand-fed and is mostly tame. Is not aggressive and can be held but may need a little better work on stepping up. That’s the good of Rico being so young that you can train him to be however you’d like!
I’m trying to teach him words and I feel like he will get a few words in soon
I am asking a rehoming fee and can send more pictures upon request.... (read more) 325 alone, 380 with a medium cage or 475 with a large cage. I am negotiable if needed.
