Dilly is a beautiful DNA tested male blue Quaker Parrot. He is two years old, and is starting to tame. Takes seeds from my fingers. Seems like he could easily learn to talk, as he is already imitating noises. His owner has cancer as well as lung issues so is unable to care for him anymore.
