Tangerine is an amazingly affectionate baby cockatiel. She is one of three siblings who are all such a joy. She is curious, smart, friendly and so beautiful! She is being hand fed with baby bird formula mixed with delicious organic baby fruits and vegetables. This week starts her weaning to her "Big Bird" food of seeds, pellets, greens, veggies and many other yummy treats! She plays well with her other feathered friends and I know she will surely become a great companion for many years!... (read more) She is well loved and has much love to offer as well.
Please know, I will not just agree to an adoption for any of my babies unless I am 100% confident that I have made the right choice for my baby. These are not just birds, to me, they actually are my babies... and to be honest, some of the babies that I have raised over the years don't even realize that they are birds.
If you reply with an interest for adding one of my babies to your home, I will need to know, in much detail, all about whom it is that I hand over a baby to, so please tell me about yourself, ex: your home type, family members, other pets in the home, experience raising Cockatiels, the type of cage you would provide, the number of hours she be alone during the day... etc... any pertinent information that you think would be helpful for me to get to know you.

I put my heart into my babies and become quite attached to them all individually. Each have a distinct personality and I am very persistent in placing the right baby with the right family. I screen all who wish to take on a baby so I am 100% assured that the connection is perfect. I keep in touch with the families of my babies and am always available for any questions or guidance.
