Mandarin is an amazingly affectionate baby cockatiel. She is curious, smart, friendly and so beautiful! She was hand fed with baby bird formula mixed with delicious organic baby fruits and vegetables. She now eats her "Big Bird" menu of seeds, pellets, greens, veggies and many other yummy treats! Her mother is an Albino and her father is a Pied. She plays well with her other feathered friends and I know she will surely become a great companion for many years!... Please know, I will not just agree to an adoption for any of my babies unless I am 100% confident that I have made the right choice for my baby. These are not just birds, to me, they actually are my babies... and to be honest, some of the babies that I have raised over the years don't even realize that they are birds.
If you reply with an interest for adding one of my babies to your home, I will need to know, in much detail, all about whom it is that I hand over a baby to, so please tell me about yourself, ex: your home type, family members, other pets in the home, experience raising Cockatiels, the type of cage you would provide, the number of hours she be alone during the day... etc... any pertinent information that you think would be helpful for me to get to know you.

I was sparkled with interest back in 2017, after reading a local ad where a family was looking for a loving home for their two young male Cockatiels. Remembering the wonderful memories from earlier years, while raising my children along with our feathered family members, I decided to add these little guys to my home since my children were grown and flew from my nest to their own... LOL! In less than two months, it became obvious that these two wonderful friends were not just two male cage buddies, but in fact, were very enthusiastic to become a mommy and daddy!... I put my heart into my babies and become quite attached to them all individually. Each have a distinct personality and I am very persistent in placing the right baby with the right family. I screen all who wish to take on a baby so I am 100% assured that the connection is perfect. I keep in touch with the families of my babies and am always available for any questions or guidance.
