The cockatiel is used to being in a large parrot cage with his mother and the both of them fly around 2rooms all day.
This bird is hitting his prime age for breeding…I think Because he is noisy and constantly singing. Mostly in the morning.
He can’t be picked up but he will land on your head or right in front of you on your desk or whatever. I use a small wooden ladder to move him around and put him back in his cage for the night.... (read more) I don’t handle him but I’m sure if he was patiently worked with he could become more tame. He may even learn to talk.
He has the freedom every day all day to fly around 2 rooms freely. Gets locked up at night and covered.
He is with his mom. They get along but he is getting pushy with her. I think it’s his hormones. I’m keeping his mom. He would be great if you got him a girlfriend. (not another male) He likes company.

He is mostly yellow with light grey pied markings in his back. His father is pied and mother is pearl. He would give you beautiful babies.
