Noah is a 2-year-old red crowned amazon parrot who needs a loving home with someone who has the time to be with him. He does talk, lets you pet his head, and will come on your finger if he is out of his cage. We bought him from a person who didn't know how to handle him, but now we are not finding the time he needs to be comfortable with people. He can be loud at times; he's just trying to get your attention. He requires lots of patience and love. He comes with his cage and a perch.
