Due to the current economic situation, I had to return to work, and Pepper is having trouble adjusting. She is used to being free in her cage and on her tree all day, rather than being locked up. She talks well, with a vocabulary of around 50+ words, and has never bitten me! She was hand-fed, dances, including the snapping finger sounds, stepped up quickly, and said a variety of words. There is no cursing or anything vulgar in her vocabulary. She says phrases like “Whatcha doing?... (read more) ” and “Hello” when the phone rings. She calls the dog, purrs like the cats, and even barks like a dog. She makes all kinds of sounds, including “Please come here” and “Where are you?” “Good girl!” “What did you do?” "Love you" Come here boy when calling the dog. “Help!” “Help me?” and “Wake up,” among many others. Entertains herself with toys and not scared of new toys.

Pepper is fully flighted, as we have cats, kittens, and a dog. She enjoys eating seeds and a variety of chopped vegetables and fruits that I prepare for her. She will come with a large Pervue cage and her tree stand. The cage is valued at $750, and the tree stand is valued at $300. She does not pluck her feathers and bathes herself regularly. She truly is the perfect bird and prefers women. She is a DNA-verified female.
