Bonded pair of special needs cockatiels. Both have different issues with their legs/feet. The older male Has fairly bad arthritis in his feet and is very skittish. The other is not sexed, but believed to be a girl, and has slightly splayed legs. They like to be handled on their own terms, however, if they’re given more time, I think that they would become much more personable. Please message me for more info
