Baby Blue-Headed Macaw (Primolius couloni) Available! This species of macaw is native to eastern Peru, northwestern Bolivia and far western Brazil. This bird has been DNA sexed a male. He is considered a mini-macaw and will grow to approximately 16" in length. This species is known for its big personality and curious demeanor. Every hand fed baby is weaned on to a high variety diet. They are weaned onto fruits and veggies, a soak and sprout mix made here in store, a high variety seed mix, also made in store, and naturally colored pellets.
