Beautiful rosy Bourke. Parent fed but handled on a regular basis and eats spray millet from my hand. Baby is 3 months old. Babies are raised indoors and are used to household noises. These birds have a sweet chirp and song. Their quiet nature makes them great apartment birds or a beautiful addition to an aviary as they are gentle birds that get along with different species of smaller birds such as finches or canaries.

Blossom's Aviary

Blossom's Aviary specializes in breeding bourke's parakeets. Currently babies are being raised by parents not hand-fed. These birds are semi tame as they are handled regularly. They do great in aviaries or a spacious cage where they can spread their wings. They make great pets or would make great breeders as well.
