Cleo is a female cockatiel is up for adoption for a rehoming fee. This includes her cage, playground, carrier, toys and food. I am in Wheeling, IL. It takes her awhile to warm up to you. When she does, she likes to fly to your head. And she loves head scritches from her bonded owner.
Cleo is my 2.5 year old white faced cockatiel that I’m looking to rehome with all of her supplies (cage, playground, carrier, toys, food) for a rehoming fee.
