Beautiful Canary Winged Parakeet, but this is the less common Yellow-Chevroned Parakeet and its scientific name is Brotogeris Chiriri - About 2 years old, and believed to be a male, but not DNA tested. Beautiful Colors with tons personalities. No cage included.
