Rouge is a handfed Eclectus. Shewill only go to an experienced home. Rouge has been to the beach and even to homegoods. She has been recall, clicker and leash trained. Rouge is used to sharing a cage with other parrots. SHe is also trained to use a water bottle/ fed roudy bush pellets.
Rouge is a very sweet girl. Although you should not cuddle parrots Rouge has been cuddled. Rouge was deemed the sweetest female eclectus handled by her hand feeder. Her demeanor is once in a life time calm. She has not bitten anyone.
