Additional Comments

Young Normal male hatched 5/21/2024. He is out of a Lutino mother and a Cream Fallow father. He was parent fed, not hand fed. As a breeder he should carry mixed-clutch genes. He lives indoors and is used to normal household noises, including a loudly barking dog. We are located on the south coast of Oregon in Coos County ... a beautiful area to visit or vacation. With the purchase of two or more birds, we provide a complimentary copy of "Rose Bird's Guide to Small Exotic Birds," by Gail A. Lewis.

Bourke Parakeets are our specialty. We've raised many other small exotics, and now focus on our favorite, the Bourke Parakeet. We raise many colors, including Opaline Rosy Bourkes, Pinks, Normals (wild color), red-eyed Lutinos and Rubinos, as well as Opaline Fallows with red eyes. Many might be split to other colors, producing beautiful mixed clutches. We often have hand-fed babies available too. All youngsters are healthy and raised indoors around people and household noises, leaving them calm and interactive--even those that are parent-fed.
