We call the kakariki "the bird that can do no wrong." This naturally friendly species offers great companionship. They also make some of the cutest, quiet noises of any parrot.

For pellets we mainly use Harrison's Coarse (this family enjoys the larger pellet size), but they also accept Roudybush Nibles and Hagen Tropican Alternative Formula which we introduce early so the babies are prepared for a variety of choices....
