They're very gentle this is the reason on the price because they are well cared for it is our full-time job. They love being out of the cage and being part of our family, they are used to being around other birds and children. They are also used to being around dogs. They can be very vocal and learn many spoken words and phrases by mimicking. Usually, males are faster to learn speech, mimicking or singing; their calls are also more varied. Cockatiels can also be taught to sing specific melodies, to the extent that some cockatiels have been demonstrated to synchronize their melodies with the songs of humans. Without being taught how to both male and female cockatiels repeat household sounds, including alarm clocks, phones, tunes or other birds from the outdoors.
