At just fourteen to sixteen weeks old, this baby Goffin Cockatoo is the perfect age to begin bonding with. Currently handfeeding three to four times a day, and is an adorable little ball of fluffy feathers. Goffins have amazing potential for vocabulary, being able to say several words and phrases that will keep your family entertained for hours. Their smart and goofy personalities make them perfect for active and busy households and families with children.... (read more) However, their soft feathers produce dust can can irritate certain allergies and cause a lot of unwanted sneezing. If you live in an apartment, townhouse, or anything of the sort, these birds might not be the best fit for you. Their amazing vocabulary is also an extremely loud one. Even with these few downsides, Goffin Cockatoos are amazing birds that will fit perfectly in your home.
