DNA'd blue male Indian Ringneck. 1 year old, will step up outside of cage. Starting to mimic sounds, heard him say what are you doing a couple of times. He will step up on your hand when he's out of his cage. Cannot spend the time with him that he requires. Will not ship, Phoenix AZ.
