This male ringneck dove was born with scissor beak, however, he can eat and drink just fine so long as his food and water bowls are full! He was hand fed and is tame, but like most birds, is cautious of strangers and will need to get to know you. For obvious reasons, he is NOT a breeding bird! He is a companion bird that needs a loving family or person.
