Female baby cockatiel. She hatched in November and unfortunately had a hip/joint issue. The vet believed it was caused by poor rotation by the parents during incubation. She was hand raised and gently cared for by me since hatching. Although her one leg is not perfect she has learned to navigate her cage, perch, eat, and fly just fine. She is a sweet bird who loves to be carried around the house or just chill while scrolling on your phone. She does not really require any extra care compared to any other cockatiel.... (read more)
