Champion breeder and exhibitor of budgerigars since 1980. Longtime member of the American Budgerigar Society (ABS) and, more recently, the Budgerigar Association of America (BAA). Currently, vice president of the Columbus-area all-bird club, Mid-America Exotic Bird Society (MAEBS).
