This is Poppy and she is looking for her forever home. She was rehomed to us because her original owner got very sick and had to find a place for her to go quickly.
She's a 3 yr old Jenday Conure and needs to go to a home where she can be out of her cage most of the day.
She came from a home where she was the only bird and I think she needs that kind of home again.
I am not in a hurry to place her so I will not rehome her with just anyone.... (read more)
She is sweet and even cuddles once she gets warmed up to you, but as Jendays are, she can be quite loud. I would keep her myself if she and my other parrot got along.
She eats chop, Zupreme fruit blend pellets, Roudy Bush pellets and gets a few seeds and nuts for treats. Her favorite treats are dried mangos.
She will come with a cage, a rolling stand, her toys and some food and treats.
