Edit 11/16/23: Price has been changed to reflect included items. Previously we were just rehoming the bird, but we have decided to move him along with his entire setup. That includes an all-metal A&E cage, a Prevue Hendryx Flight cage, a clear-case outdoor bird backpack, two harnesses (that he hates, good luck), his foodstuffs, treats, toys, perches, everything. Easily $1000 worth of materials and accessories.

We eventually returned to normal work hours, and all was no longer well and he began plucking and getting aggressive with my girlfriend. A dozen vet visits and several failed medication trials later, we seem to have determined that it's just separation anxiety. He needs someone who is going to be there with him all the time, to be a constant companion, and I simply am failing in that regard for him. He is a cracked flyer, even going so far as to have our vet technicians say how amazing his flight skills are, so he is absolutely not a candidate for clipping. Among everything we have tried, this was one of them; it destroys his soul and he goes dead quiet until his flight feathers start to come back.

Maebel has the largest and brightest personality of any conure I've met. He'll carry a conversation better than most of the people you know. He'll look you in the eye and respond to you. He is a magical creature, and it's going to destroy me to let him go, but I simply can't be what he needs anymore.
