Mel is very smart and sociable and can speak a lot! He is approx. 8 years old and loves to laugh with others. He literally will watch TV with me and laugh for such a long time. He chimes in on conversations from the other room while we cook.

He can say "I love you Mel."
"Happy birthday!"
"Merry Christmas!" (This one is my favorite)
"Baby baby bird!"
"Good morning.... (read more) " (This one is a newer discovery)
"Whatcha doin Mel?"
"C'mere!" (To the kitties)
And also a lot of other bird gibberish like "wiig wooog" and "weep weeeep" which might mean tweet tweet?

He can step up and immediately praises himself with "Good step up!!" And if you snuggle him he will kiss your eyebrows and eyelids and play with hair.
I'll give you both his cages and all his toys, perches, cups, cleaning tools, bowls, food and treats I have.
