Oats is a silly and sweet parrot who loves attention and pumpkin seeds. They will preen your hair and gently clean your face to show affection. They love going on hikes in their travelling backpack. Oats enjoys flying around and exploring their environment. Since they haven’t been potty trained, they do have a tendency to poop wherever they want. I haven’t tried a diaper before, but I know that would take some time to get used to—mostly because they have to become more comfortable with hands.... I love them so much but unfortunately cannot have them where I live because of other animals in the house.

Their wings have never been clipped. I will NOT sell them to you if you plan on clipping their wings or breeding them. Preferred that you have experience with quaker parrots or conures.

Oats comes with a travel backpack, cage, many toys, bowls/dishes, food, snacks, and perches. I also have puppy pads which fit perfectly in the bottom of the cage.

Willing to drive to Rockford, Belvedere, Loves Park, Machesney Park, Beloit and other nearby towns.
