Beautiful male military macaw. Has dna paper. He’s 9 yrs old. Wings are clipped. Very active. Talks. Semi tame. He’s shy. Not aggressive. Need some work to tame him. Not a screamer. He step up to me twice only. Beautiful feathers. $1800 with dna. No cage. No shipping . Willing to meet for a reasonable distance
