Mature male grey normal split to pied cockatiel for adoption. He's about 9-11 years old. I'm looking to rehome this very friendly male bird to a home where he will get lots of attention. He prefers female humans, as he was an older woman's pet until she passed. He whistles, talks a little bit, and loves to have his head rubbed daily. He really needs someone to be his daily companion and because of bird dust allergies, I can't give him the level of attention he craves as I have to limit my exposure.... (read more) He came from an aviary and is used to getting along with other cockatiels. He hasn't been around other types of birds. I'm not trying to find him any home, I'm trying to find him the right home to be happy and make someone who delights in birds happy with a bird who just wants to hang out all the time.
