This is Charlie. He or she is a sweet bird but I am now a college student and sadly cannot give the love they deserve. Charlie was hand fed as a baby but due to me not handling him as much he did get a bit aggressive. But if you know how to whistle and love petting birds Charlie is the one for you because for some reason if you do that he won’t bite.
