This young cockatiel was born at the beginning of March and was hand-fed. I hand-fed her for a while before weaning her so she is extremely friendly and is not hand-shy. She loves to get head scritches and is pining for human attention. I unfortunately don't feel like I can give her the attention she deserves as she really would do best as a bird who is primarily out of her cage and with her human at most times.
