I have 2 Baby white male cockatiels 4 months old. Not tame. Shy. Broken tail feathers due to my Quakers bit them. Wings are clipped. Very active. Started to whistle. $160 each. No dna. No cage no shipping. Willing to meet for a reasonable distance
