Meet Angel! He absolutely loves to cuddle. As soon as you lay down, he will come for snuggles, will fall asleep with you. He says hello, hi, I love you, you're a good bird, how are you. He is really good with our little green cheek conure and ignores dogs for the most part. His wings were clipped by the previous owner so he does not fly. Not missing any feathers and not plucking. I travel a lot and sometimes in nearby states: PA, DC, VA, DE, so could meet somewhere, depending on my schedule.
