I am looking for a baby cinnamon/pineapple or dilute turquoise conure baby.

Here is our story. I’ve owned conures for years and had my two loves Marty McFly and Delorean, both cinnamon/pineapples. My 15 year old daughter who suffers from depression was soul bonded to Marty our female. Marty rode in their shirts, always cuddled with them, stole their food and danced to help my child laugh and feel better. We had Marty 4 years until recently a tragic accident occurred.... (read more) She got out of her cage and crawled into bed with my daughter. Long story short Marty didn’t wake up the next morning and my child is wracked with guilt that they killed their best friend. The sadness of losing my bird is a lot…the sadness of watching my child mourn for a buddy that meant so much to them is an added layer of hurt I will tell you that. We gave her an amazing burial full of love…and we aren’t trying to replace Marty but the fact is she will not be returning to us. She’s gone forever and we still have a hole in our family where she used to be. Her mate Del is equally lonely.

I am looking for a young conure baby that my child can raise right from a young age to be as awesome and clowny as Marty was. We have a lot of love in our hearts for conures and are ready to find another to give this much love to.

That being said…please do not try to scam us. I would be willing to drive within reason to get this baby bird if it were close enough (we’re in Moscow, ID) or have it shipped albeit I know shipping is stressful on them. Even if you don’t have conures to sell maybe you know of a responsible breeder close to us you could suggest? Please, any info would be amazing. I am including a picture of our beloved Marty.
