DETAILS:
-Only selling because I am drastically downsizing my flock due to time constraints with demanding jobs and busy young children.... (read more) I love this pair and hate to see them go!
-2-year-old proven breeder pair
-Excellent breeders (they love their nest box so much they will live in it if you let them, so you have to take it away from them so they will rest properly)
-Both parents sit and feed their babies.
-They have had a total of 3 clutches. (Just laid their 4th)
-They are properly rested.
-Dad is a green and Mom is a Violet Pied
-They have had Green, Green Pied, Dark Green Pied, Violet, Violet Pied, and Blue, and Blue pied babies.
-They are housed inside our home in a temperature-controlled environment and receive plenty of natural light daily from a double floor-to-ceiling window.
-Housed in a large breeder cage with natural wood perches, water feeder, toys.
-Fed a high quality seed diet with added supplements of Herb Salad, Triple Action Bee Pollen, Miracle Meal, Egg Food, Chia Seeds, and Prime Vitamins. They are offered fresh, raw chop 4 times per week; however they are not big chop fans. They pick around on it mostly, but I still offer it to them regardless hoping they will learn to enjoy it.
COST: $400 cash for the pair and their eggs
*I will also include in this price their nice, large breeder cage (paid $100), all contents in their cage currently such as perches and swing, water feeder (paid $15), and a handmade solid wood nest box (paid $35.) This is a perfect, complete set up for any breeder, including new breeders! You can make back their cost with the sale of one clutch.
