I have one male white face cockatiel available. He was sold but they changed their minds. He doesn't have any out of cage time but he is still pretty easy to handle. He was hatched out on October 3 he was hand fed. Im located in Northville NY 12134 please google your distance as I do not ship nor do I deliver. You must have a carrier to pick him up absolutely no cages it is far too cold now for that. He has been dna tested I have his certificate.
