I breed cockatiels and offer babies out of nest to people that are experienced in handfeeding baby birds.
Our babies are pulled out of Nestboxes between 2 and 3 weeks old, and they are being handfed until buyer picked them up.

We have two rules that we go by,and they are simple must have experience and no order of less then 6 babies at time.
