These are Peanut and Cricket. Both are rescues. Peanut is missing half his eyelid and can only see out of one eyes while Cricket is missing all of his toes on one foot. Cricket came to me with a systemic infection caused by a very bad case of bumblefoot. He went on antibiotics, the foot was wrapped, and the toes that has died fell off. He gets around great now. Peanut came to me after being attacked and nearly dying by another finch. He has healed up and managed to get over his trauma now and has allowed Cricket to be his best buddy.
They are best buddies and love each other greatly. They must go together.
