Linguini came to our home April of 2020 and we have really enjoyed him. (We think its a him) He enjoys time outside his cage and when my daughter had more time he loved being handled and having his head scratched. Due to her lack of time he is missing that one on one contact. Fortunately he will readjust with some care and time. Cockatiels respond well to attention. He likes to mimic comments like ,"Hi Guini!" "Good morning!" "Come here!... (read more) " he whistles too. We will include his cage as well. We clip his wings whenever he can fly too much. It helps him be more dependent on us.
